Passport Photo Studio
Effective date: August 8, 2026

Passport Photo Studio processes photos locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your photos or personal information.

Information we process

When you choose or take a photo, the app processes the image on your device to help you crop it and evaluate basic technical characteristics such as brightness, sharpness, color, and background brightness. The image remains on your device unless you independently choose to share it.

Camera and files

The app requests camera access only when you use the camera feature. It accesses a selected image only when you choose it. Exported images are saved to the location you select or to your device's normal downloads area.

Information we collect or share

We do not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising service, tracking technology, or remote photo-processing server. We do not collect or share personal data.

Children

The app is a general-purpose utility intended for use by adults and families. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Security and retention

Because photos are processed locally and are not sent to us, we do not retain them. You control photos stored on your device and may delete them at any time.

Government affiliation

Passport Photo Studio is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the U.S. government or U.S. Department of State. Automated checks are estimates and do not guarantee acceptance. The Department of State makes the final decision.

Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure must be updated before releasing the changed version.
